We are The Right Men
is a firm position occupied and driven by both the young and mature men across the country to end gender-based violence and femicide within our various communities. Abuse and molestation of women, children, the elderly and people of the LGBT+ community is a concerning enigma that to-date seems unsolvable. GTE is determined to get to the root of the challenge by building /grooming a boy-child better and ending the socialisation that sees many boy children growing-up to turn into “miss-fits” as well as the enemy of their own families and society at large. Equally important is to ensure that young males are now brought back into economic participation. In the past few years an extensive focus has been put on a girl child (rightfully so), however Right-men believes that the young boy child has unfortunately been left far behind and excluded from economic opportunity, an outcome that also contributes towards unwarranted gender-based violence behaviour. Women uniting in Action is a sisterhood movement that seems women take up space and occupy their rightful position in the society. The position of a woman is that of a nurturer. She is the one who holds a family together and builds nations. This is a movement where on specific intervals women meet to reflect on issues affecting our country and our families. This is not an empty engagement of talk, but rather a clear articulation of deliverables and clear targets. The Impact Forum by MSS and GTE
The Impact Forum is a division within GTE, supporting its sister company Millennium Support Services (Pty). The main purpose of the forum is to ensure, amongst others, that every opportunity identified and rolled out through GTE and MSS reaches every deserving member of our society equally, irrespective of where in the country they are, to ensure that no one is left behind. impactforum.org.za.
GTE Young Giants
The Young Giants division of GTE focuses on positioning the younger generation for better economic participation. Through this program, various initiatives are identified and used to guide young people into problem solvers and solution providers. Marcus Haven
As a Christian influenced organisation, GTE subscribes to the Biblical command to “Share our food with the hungry and give shelter to the homeless” Isaiah 58:7. Marcus Haven is named after Marcus Seenatso Montoedi, a person who from a very young age was able to bring hope and joy to many. This division aims to emulate his character, enjoyed by many during his brief life.
The Marcus Haven division within the company ensures that those who are in desperate need of basic survival necessities do receive the assistance. It facilitates the feeding of as many families by holding hands with ordinary members of our society who may have a little extra to spare and donate to those who do not have.
