Grooming The Executive (GTE) is a Non-Profit Company (NPC), registered with the Companies & Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) of South Africa. The company aims to address the scourge of hunger and poverty faced by our communities, especially the youth.
Our self-inflicted conviction as an organization, is to find creative solutions to address the bane / blight of economic decline within the Republic Of South Africa, which has resulted in massive levels of unemployment, small business collapse, poverty and ultimately criminality in many areas.
GTE is on a quest – determined to link the youth to business ideas that have the potential to grow, as well as create and sustain the very same jobs they are currently hoping for, while also providing continuous support along the way to help prevent setbacks and reduce the likelihood of failure.”
South Africa carries on its shoulders the hopes of many other countries within the continent. Despite its current economic uncertainty, it is still seen by much of Africa as a beacon of hope.
This necessitates addressing its current situation as speedily so as to extend itself to its sister countries. GTE holds this realization very dearly and close to its heart, as a result we wear a hat that aims to eventually see our initiatives spill out to assist as many African countries as possible to empower their youth and in the long run stabilize their economies too. With this view in mind, we are confident that we would achieve an Africa that trades well within itself
